Special Worship Services

Patriotic Sunday

Sunday, June 30
9 and 11 a.m.

On the Sunday immediately prior to the July 4 holiday, all of our worship services are rich with patriotic music and thanksgiving for the blessings God has bestowed on our nation. We also offer a salute to military veterans, and we dedicate the Oreos that will be sent to service members in war zones through Operation Oreo.

Out annual midday Good Friday worship service commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

Easter Sunday

Alpharetta Methodist offers four Easter Sunday worship services.

  • Bluegrass Easter Sunrise service at 7 a.m.
  • Traditional worship services at 9 and 11 a.m.

Prayer Walk

Not a typical worship service, this self-guided walk is held on or near the National Day of Prayer. The walk begins in the Student Center parking lot, with participants walking to specific spots in downtown Alpharetta to pray for for God’s guidance and wisdom for our community. The walk is self-guided, so you can determine the length of your personal Prayer Walk. This is a great activity for all ages and families.
