Do Something Race

On Saturday, July 13, everyone is invited to gather at 9:30 a.m. at the Alpharetta Methodist Student Center to share the love of Christ in a unique way. To compete in the race, meet at the Student Center.

You’ll be divided up into teams (or create your own team of 4-6).

Each team will receive a list of acts of kindness. Points will be awarded for each act the team completes. All teams will meet back at the Student Center at 12:30 p.m., and, you guessed it, the team with the most points wins!

Join us as we race through the community to share the love of Christ with others.

Example of acts of kindness/tasks:

  • Hug a stranger
  • Sing a song (like “Jesus Loves Me”) to a clerk at a local store
  • Distribute candy or gum to stranger
  • Pump gas for a stranger
  • Pray with a local government official (mayor, council member, county commissioner, etc.)
  • Distributing water bottles at a sporting event or park
  • Do a 10-15 minute project at one of our local mission partners like Drake House, North Fulton Community Charities, Manning Oaks Elementary School and more
