The Alpharetta Methodist Men’s Ministry is open to men of all ages. The mission of the ministry is to win men to Jesus Christ through the following:

  • Fraternity
    • Building relationships with each other and with men in our church and community
    • Investing time and resources into the lives of other men
  • Service
    • Serving our community and the world by helping others
  • Accountability
    • Sharing faith in order to lead others into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
    • Growing in faith with scheduled learning opportunities

The Alpharetta Methodist Men sponsor several activities each year to encourage relationship-building. Don’t miss the Pancake Breakfast and Bible Study on the first Saturday of each month, September-April. The free breakfast begins at 8 a.m. The Bible study is from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. No reservations are needed.

As local and regional mission needs arise, the Alpharetta Methodist Men put their faith in action. Several times each year they serve in mission projects, support church ministries or help in the community.

  • Mission projects
A few times a year, the Alpharetta Methodist Men participate in weekend or one-day mission projects locally, primarily with rebuilding projects and yard debris removal at the homes of elderly and infirm members of the church or community. They occasionally travel to impoverished areas, or towns recovering from natural disasters, to lend a hand.
  • Support for church events
The Alpharetta Methodist Men provide support to church-sponsored community events, like cooking the meal at a summer Wednesday Night Supper. The Alpharetta Methodist Men also partner with the United Methodist Women on ministry projects.

We believe that our faith journeys are enriched by supporting other men in their walk with Jesus Christ. Small groups, prayer groups and bible studies are available to facilitate this spiritual growth.
