All children in preschool must be potty trained before the first day of school. Families with more than one child attending AFUM Preschool will receive a $10 discount on the 2nd child’s monthly tuition.

 

All children require completion of an enrollment application and receipt of a $125 non-refundable registration fee per application. Upon enrollment, a copy of each child’s birth certificate must be on file in the Preschool Office. Immunization Form 3231 is required to be on file with us no later than the first day of school. An annual Special Events fee of $50 is due with the first month’s tuition.

 

Priority registration will be accepted from currently enrolled families and Alpharetta Methodist church members through Thursday, January 5. Open registration for the general public, for the 2012-2013 school year, will take place on Friday, January 6, 2012, at 9 a.m. Doors will close at 9:30 a.m. Upon admission, you will receive a number, and numbers will be drawn.
