Handmade blankets are created by volunteers for those in need of comfort. A label stitched on each blanket tells that it was crafted with love and that prayers are being lifted up for whoever is wrapped in the blanket. To give a blanket to someone who is ill or going through difficult times, stop by the reception desk in the church office and pick one up. You may also pick up blankets and prayer shawls in the Prayer Chapel.
Volunteers meet twice on Tuesdays, at 9 a.m. and 6:45 p.m., in the Vaughan House on Cumming Street to make blankets.
