Advent Celebration
5:30 p.m., Sunday, December 1, in Trinity Hall
Come celebrate the first Sunday in Advent with your AFUMC family! We will begin with a spaghetti dinner in Trinity Hall followed by:
  • A variety of Christmas craft projects for all ages.
  • A fun Christmas photo booth
  • Advent stations that your family may visit to reflect upon the season.
  • A Christmas story room where you can hear the true meaning of Christmas.
The evening will conclude with yummy desserts, hot apple cider, and hot cocoa. We will be accepting donations for the meal, and ask that each family bring a dessert to share. Come kick off the season with us! Click here to let us know that you are coming.

Christmas Eve-Eve Worship
7 p.m., Monday, Dec. 23, in the Sanctuary

More than 4,000 people worship at Alpharetta Methodist on Christmas Eve. We hold an extra service the night before — a Christmas Eve-Eve Worship Service — for those who are unable to worship on Christmas Eve because of work or travel. AFUMC members are also welcome to worship on Christmas Eve-Eve, to free up space in the Sanctuary for our guests on the night before Christmas. The Christmas Eve-Eve service will be a candlelit celebration of the Christ Child with communion. A nursery will be available in rooms 149 and 151 in Trinity Hall (contact Helena Manning for more information).
