Alpharetta Methodist conducts Music, Art and Drama Camp every summer. This exciting, week-long summer camp blends fun with music and choreography. The camp is for children who will be age 4 (by September 1, 2017) through 7th grade. During MAD Camp they make props and costumes and have lots of fun! On the final day of camp, they perform the musicals they’ve learned for parents.

Mad Camp is divided into 3 groups.

  • The 4 year olds through 1st graders will learn their own musical. The songs are fun, and the message is great! All of the rising 1st graders will get a small speaking part.
  • Rising 2nd and 3rd graders learn a very amusing musical. Songs will be fun, and everyone will learn cool choreography. All 3rd graders will get a speaking part, and all children will play kazoos and other instruments during the show.
  • Rising 4th-7th graders graders will have a great time, making new friends and learning new skills while they work on their musical. The kids will learn dance moves with Ms. Christy, and everyone will get a speaking part.

All ages will make cool costumes and fun crafts.

Children will perform their musicals for parents on Friday, July 21. You will amazed at what the kids learn in just 4 days!

All children are welcome. They do not have to be members of Alpharetta Methodist to attend.

Mad Camp costs $130 for the first child and $115 for each additional sibling.
